Templar Walk & Run

I had to change the render view because the shield he has is only one sided...so it was invisible from the old camera angle. Haha. Also, it shows the pretty art on it. I haven't gotten the glow to work yet, but I kinda like how this looks now. Anyway, I did both of these animations last night and rendered them this morning.


I also noticed the run is not at the correct speed, it's going rather slow.




Ying did the lovely character art, models, textures, rigging and skinning, I can only claim the animation!

Deity Tear Away Ideas

Thumbnailing some ideas for tear-away sheets for my game team Deity. I want to make more than one with different characters on it. I'm designing a front and backside, and am thinking closeups of characters on the front in full color and on the back, the title, website, and a watermark of the character in a more identifiable silhouette type pose and the character's name underneath

Been trying to draw a TON this semester to keep sharp. Some are from gesture club, drawing Jedi from life, because I see so many of them on a daily basis.

taking 20 credits, I did about 20 character animations in 2 months for this game. Woo!

Here's two very rough sketches for the Deity Game tearsheet design... Let me know what you guys are thinking..I definitely want the title on it, is that a good location? should I bother doing the "in darkness" thing? or should i have the arch off screen? adunno, this is so preliminary, so it's the best time for huge feedback.

Ha ha, this is part of my assignment for making promotional stuff. I decided to do one joke one to make me happy. The movie is a comedy horror type about a guy trying to kill a group of his friends that he's insanely mad at because they went on vacation without him. I don't' know....it just kinda happened while i was looking through Idioms and this was one of the more feasible ideas...it's funny how many movie titles come from idioms. This is a preliminary sketch.
